checkpointis only valid when thestatusis one ofWIN32_SERVICE_STOP_PENDING,WIN32_SERVICE_START_PENDING,WIN32_SERVICE_CONTINUE_PENDINGorWIN32_SERVICE_PAUSE_PENDING.
